A certain automotive component fixture rack (all-metal construction), primarily made of thick rectangular steel,reguires an optimization design to reduce material usage and weight.

Simulation Verification Optimization Results:

The optimized design adopts a new solution featuring rectanqular steel conveted to channel steel with a reduced central beam.Under identical operating conditions,simulation verification confirms equivalent load-bearing capacity and comparable deformation levels Additionally, the material rack weight is reduced from 483 kg to 195 kg, achieving a 42% weight reduction.
